We are not the norm when it comes to employment, we don’t have any bosses we only have leaders that lead with experience, that in the main have worked their way up into the position that they hold. They put the company on the front foot at all times and lead by mentoring with empathy, passion and a  determination to do the right thing.

Employees are offered training to improve where they think they need it. There is career progression for advancement and support for career goals within the business and a point in case is Graham Brynn, our very first apprentice back in 1994. Starting as apprentice Plater, he’s moved to foreman, then to Supervisor, Construction Manager and is now the Head of Construction who is responsible for all build and construction.

We have people that started their apprenticeship as trades people and have moved into other positions including planning, health & safety, quality and dimensional control. We have other employees that started as CAD operators and have been offered to move into structural design attending University under an engineering degree apprenticeship.
